Field Testing Agency Program Duties & Responsibilities

Field Testing Agency will provide regular feedback on the ResponseMesh platform, including connectivity performance, reliability, and field usability in various operational environments.
Field Testing Agency will share photos, videos, and other media assets (e.g., screenshots, signal coverage maps) related to the use of ResponseMesh for potential marketing and development purposes.
Field Testing Agency will provide written permission for JHB Group, Inc. to use its agency name and logo in marketing materials, presentations, and case studies.
Field Testing Agency will be responsible for transporting any provided ResponseMesh hardware, if applicable, from JHB Group, Inc. headquarters or an affiliate facility.
Field Testing Agency will be responsible for monthly data or connectivity costs, including SIM card plans or satellite access (if using optional equipment like Starlink).
Field Testing Agency will be offered a 15% discount on any ResponseMesh product or service, if purchased within 12 months of the conclusion of the testing period.
Field Testing Agency agrees to participate in the program for a period of 3 to 6 months, actively using the system in training, daily operations, or real-world incidents as applicable.
